We are a Christian family that believes as people – men and women, boys and girls – we are to be good stewards of the earth and everything in it, as it ultimately belongs to God. We love and appreciate all aspects of nature, especially animals. The Bible is very clear that we are to take good care of all of His creation, and certainly the animals we are privileged to have in our own homes. Cavalier King Charles Spaniels enrich our lives and our home, and we strive to enrich their lives as well. “The righteous care for the needs of their animals…” Proverbs 12:10 NIV

Our first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Queen Mollie Rose, looking regal on her “throne” in 2007…

We got our first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy, Queen Mollie Rose, in the spring of 2007. Very soon after adding her to our family, we knew we couldn’t be content with just one Cavalier in our home, so we got another…and another…and another…Now nearly 15 years later, we are still a Cavalier family, and we breed these little beauties to share with others, so their homes can be as blessed as ours has been! We have all 4 colors: Blenheim, Tri-Colored, Ruby, and Black & Tan. Cavaliers make wonderful family pets – they love children, other dogs, and they even tolerate cats! They were bred to be lap dogs, and they do their job well…they offer love and companionship and faithfulness. We can’t imagine our lives without them…

This website is dedicated in loving memory to our beloved Ruby male Cavalier, “McDreamy,” who died a hero, protecting his lady Cavaliers from the rattlesnake intruder in our own backyard in the summer of 2020. As Travis said of Old Yeller in the classic novel and movie, “You won’t never see another one like him!”

AKC Genesis 28:12 Shepherd’s Dream “McDreamy”         June 13, 2017 – August 8, 2020
Dreamy was a beloved member of our family, and our handsome stud. He had the richest, most gorgeous Ruby colored coat we had ever seen! He was friendly and fun, and loved to be held like a baby! He didn’t know a stranger, and he truly believed the world revolved around him…and just maybe it did, for the short while he was here on this earth…
“And he dreamed, and behold a ladder set up on the earth, and the top of it reached to heaven: and behold the angels of God ascending and descending on it. ” Genesis 28:12 KJV
